Refer a Friend Program T&C's

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to anyone during the promotional period. Referrals must be genuine new customers who have not previously made a purchase.

2. How referrals work

  • A referral is considered successful only when the referred customer completes their first purchase (gift cards are excluded and discount will not be rewarded).

  • The referred customer will receive a $10 promotional cashback applied to their original order after it is completed and confirmed.

  • The discount applies to one order only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

3. Referral rewards & limits

  • Referrers may earn rewards for up to 5 successful referrals per calendar month.

  • Rewards are issued as unique discount codes to the referrer via Facebook or Instagram.

  • Discount codes are not redeemable for cash or store credit and cannot be transferred.

4. Discount Code conditions

  • Codes are issued once the referred order is confirmed and not refunded.

  • Codes may be used on future purchases only.

  • Codes expire 3 months after issue.

  • If the business ceases trading, any unused codes will be forfeited.

  • Expired codes cannot be reinstated.

5. Usage restrictions

  • Referral discounts and codes can be combined with other promotions or offers unless stated otherwise.

  • A minimum spend may apply to use referral codes.

  • Customers cannot refer someone who referred them (new customers only).
  • A person may only be referred once, hence cannot be referred by multiple people.

6. Fair use & abuse prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel referrals or rewards that appear fraudulent, misleading, or abusive

  • Disqualify referrals from the same household, IP address, email address, or payment method

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to manipulate the referral program

All decisions regarding referral eligibility are final.

7. Returns & refunds

  • If a referred order is refunded, reversed, or cancelled, the associated referral reward will be voided.

  • If discount code has already been used and the referred order is later refunded, we reserve the right to void discount codes.

8. Program changes

We may modify, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

Unredeemed discount codes may be forfeited if the program ends.

9. General

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The referral program operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

NOTES

Referral rewards are issued free of charge as a code as part of a customer referral and loyalty program. Referral discount codes are not a gift card, has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
